Today over at Operation Write Home they are having their weekly Midweek Throwdown. Today is my first time to participate and the last time a lady named Jan will be hosting. From the comments I've read, she seems to be a very sweet and talented lady. I'm sorry I didn't take the opportunity to join in the action sooner.
The theme for the week is "Thank you" so I put together some cards today that I'll include in a mailing to OWH sometime next month. I love the little bear image from Stamp Fairy! It's one that I got for winning a challenge at Sweet Sketch Wednesday with this card. The sentiment is a combination of stamps from Stampin' Up and Clear Dollar Stamps.
I'm quite proud to say that I didn't cut into a single full sheet of paper! That's right, folks....nothin' but scraps. Love that Scrap Wrangler! Although I don't completely follow the "rules," I'm pretty close and my scrap box is a thing of beauty.
You can find the above individual card here:
What an amazing project !!! Love the cards !! And the fact they are made from just scraps , I am impressed !!!

Oh, what a delightful batch of cards, Roberta! OWH is one of my favorites and I've been making cards for them for nearly 3 years now. I first heard about them through my grandson when he was stationed in Iraq. I jumped right on the bandwagon and have been doing cards for them ever since.
ReplyDeleteLove the cute cards you made! Such a sweet image you used!
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing this with us at Aud Sentimens!
